Thank you for shopping with Be Parfume. We are committed to providing high-quality fragrances and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

Item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

Please note: Used or opened fragrance products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and inspect the product:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@beparfume.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
