At be parfume, we are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an outline of our shipping policies and procedures.

1. Delivery Times

We offer standard and express delivery options for orders within the United States. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to U.S. addresses, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. Some restrictions may apply to certain fragrance products due to shipping regulations. If a product is restricted, we will notify you prior to processing your order.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@beparfume.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund if necessary.

6. Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately at support@beparfume.com. We will try our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee any address modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.
